Returns Policy

All returns require authorization by calling 1-800-420-5801 Monday through Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm EST.

Any claims for shortage or damage must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. We accept unopened, unmarked products in resalable condition for most products. All other claims must be made within 30 days of original ship date. Returns that are not a responsibility of Restorative Formulations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
